Brain MRI phenotypes

T1-weighted and FLAIR images from the baseline visit, processed with FreeSurfer 7.4 and a lesion segmentation model, for 410 participants. Images themselves are not shared; the measures are.

Measure	How
`icv_ml`	estimated total intracranial volume
`hippocampus_left_ml`, `hippocampus_right_ml`	FreeSurfer subfields, summed
`entorhinal_thickness_mm`	mean cortical thickness
`wmh_volume_ml`, `fazekas`	FLAIR lesion volume and visual grade 1–3

Adjust volumes for icv_ml before comparing people. Scanner: GE SIGNA Premier, 3T, one protocol throughout (see docs/imaging_protocol.md).
