Real data stays on your computer. This page says what SPHERE does receive, and what it does with it.
Who we are
SPHERE is a research data platform operated by Evee Labs. Questions about privacy: eveeaiofficial@gmail.com.
What we never receive
Real data, the original records, stays on the computer that holds it. SPHERE for Mac and the CLI make a SPHERE copy on that computer and upload only the copy and its certificate. A real run executes on the owner's computer, and only the result a steward approves comes back. A cloud model never reads real data.
What we collect
Your account: email address, name and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and picture. Your spaces: your personal space and the organizations you belong to, with their members and roles. Your activity: projects, chats with SPHERE AI, files and SPHERE copies you add, releases you publish or review, access requests, messages, API and MCP calls, and an access log.
How we use it
To run the service: sign-in, projects, releases and their review, access control, emails about your requests and reviews, abuse prevention and support. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Hosting and processing by Cloudflare (web), Supabase (database and sign-in), Google Cloud (agent services), Resend (email) and Anthropic (SPHERE AI). Google Analytics runs only after you accept analytics cookies.
Your choices
You can change email notifications in settings, decline analytics cookies, and ask us to export or delete your account by writing to the address above.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active, and access logs for as long as the access they record requires, then delete them.
