The rules for using SPHERE during the research preview.
The service
SPHERE lets people and organizations work privately in projects, publish reviewed releases of SPHERE copies as studies, and let others use them under each release's terms. During the research preview the service may change, and paid access runs in test mode only.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for what happens in the spaces you manage. Keep device and API keys secret and revoke them if they leak.
Publishing
You must have the right to publish what a release contains and to grant the access you approve. Releases from an organization are reviewed by one of its stewards before they are listed. You choose who may request access and real runs.
Using releases
A release is used under its licence (the SPHERE Research License unless the release says otherwise) and, for real runs, under the agreement its owner approves. Academic access is free where a release says so. Never attempt to identify anyone.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to get around access controls or rate limits, and no automated scraping outside the API and MCP.
Liability
The service is provided as is during the research preview. To the extent the law allows, Evee Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
